the rx8 lost to the civic and integra type Rs too, i guess they could try to pit it up vs integra type S and civic SI and Honda TSX....
but it does wup the hell out of the miata every time.

Maybe less HP but I bet both had more torque...which is the real issue not the HP.

RX8 and a Truk....
People don't like to realize there are MUCH more capaple cars on the track, for about the same money, as an RX8. The RX8 just 'looks' better, and has a better livability quotient, IMO.
Course, if I had the $ I'd trade it in w/o too much reservation.

i think tsukuba is as balanced a track as you can get. It has the standard straight and a curve and a bunch of technical sections. its a very short track with short straight. the 8 has better power to weight ratio, and its not detuned like the US version so it has better acceleration than the type Rs.the faster cars starts further back in BMI. im not sure if the straights helped the type Rs
In RX8's defense, i dont think it had a very good driver :p i mrsn he is a pro JGTC driver and all, but i dont think hes that good compared to gansan
