April 20th Install/BBQ Meet In MA Pictures

Well I've finaly got somewhat of a steady internet connection (atleast atm) so I figured now will be a good time to post these up.

On Sunday April 20th I was able to pull off the unimaginable...... a Sucessful Meet in New England (that wasnt a run lol). Quick backround, Warcrunk's father told him he could host a meet at his shop, I offered up my services as hype man and once given the full go ahead I went to work. I found out that Charles Ray Hill would be in the area around the time we set the date so I convinced him to come on down afterward. Well in the time before the meet plans changed and evolved. I was cross promoting this thing across 3 forums. Nepoc, Rx7club and our own! Had around 40+ cars sign up to come. Rays plans changed and he ended up coming over my house (LATE haha) Saturday night, and we hung out with Oleg at my new home.

The next day we high tailed it up to Brighton to WarCrunks shop, well I should be honest I did, Ray just hit cruise control and was probably curious as to if I knew we had cruise control . The Meet was a sucess, we had a total of around 25-30 cars show up throughout the day, be it Mazda6's, MS6's, Rx-7's, or Rx-8's. We even had a SUV show up haha (sorry Greenblur had to).

So here you guys go enjoy...
Thanks Clavius

p.s. Pay attention to the pictures you'll enjoy 'em trust me hahahaha.

This here is Ray's Car after um... 12hours of driving from Detriot! I think someone asked "What happened to your front Ray?" and he just replied "12 hours of driving."

This here I think is one of the best shots I took and just embodies what this meet was intended to do. A 8 owner helping out a 7 owner. Oh and Astral busted his ***** helping people out that day (he's the blonde guy btw!).

Otto (WarCrunks father) was helping everyone out also. I believe he was impressed with most of our knowledge of cars and with a few of our ablities. Heard a Rumor he was thinking of making this meet a annual event.

Holycross05 just chilling out..

Remember that picture of Astral and the 7 owner.. they where swapping out rotors that day.. um.. Before and After shot if I ever seen one!

I was powering up my Camera as the flap was down.. that was a classic shot but alas my camera was slow.

I'm thinking of giving Ray a Gift of the Posing Shot for his shop in poster size Now only if one of us got him flap down that would be a epic poster!

The Begining of my epic rear sway bar install

So about 2 weeks ago I noticed that my rear endlink had snapped and the swaybar was bent to hell. I bought some from Patrick and then held onto them for this meet. Sadly a slight mishap in shipping occured and I wasnt able to install them but here is what happens when you let someone else install your ****. LoL.. the bar was installed upside down and it was installed last year so about a year went by I was driving around with a upside down sway bar.

What my rear endlink should of looked like

What mine looked like.

Otto had to use the torch to get the other endlink off. I just backed up and said "Go at it, I am not touching no torch!" haha.

Greenblur has a few awsome photo's of him doing this.
