Well, that makes the whole amber-reflector/clear-reflector debate moot, doesn't it?
I assume they're not real fussy about nuances like that in Kentucky?

Nope, they are gone. Local laws dont require them according to some of the police officers ive asked round here. If it is required, they just dont care. I prefer them without. I shaved them on my P5 too years ago and never had problems with the law.

Oh and I agree with Big O, looks better with the corners.

I need to align the hood a little bit, and put the little gaurds back in the front that seal up at the front, but its not near done and is coming off again in the paint booth this weekend. Then ill put the grill in it and let the hood sit on the car in the heated paintbooth after we repaint the car, so that it finds it final form. Everyone we install seems to fit even better after it sits in the sun on a hot day for a few hours.
yea, im trying to find a SS i really like. ill probably end up with a urethane MS replica side though. I just got these bumpers at the time cause do to an incident with the little bro driving my car, it had to spend some time in a body shop, so i had them cut me a check and i got to work, still lots to do though
Your bumper isn't the same color as the rest of the car...
Who painted that?
Btw, I have to tell you that, although I like the overall look of your car, I was talking to a sales lady at Paul Miller Mazda and she mentioned that she saw a yellow RX-8 at the gas station. She was looking at it and you asked if she liked your car and she said, "not really".
It was kinda funny cause I just realized that it must've been your car that she saw.
I was living in Lexington, but just moved to Huntsville, AL.

I painted the bumpers, ive never used a paint gun in my life, i just "cut them in" to get them ready for the whole paint thing this weekend, I thought they turned out alright for a guys thats never painted or mixed paint, but thats just me. My roommate paints cars for a living and does damn good work, so he's shooting the whole car for me.
As for the hood, we are just waiting to align it on a day when its warm and can sit in the sun all day. As per Seibons recommendation.
