hey alfred.. nice rims.. i was wondering why your rims had a polished lip that night... when you sped by me.. lol... that was a pretty fun little race we had... your car sounds nice...but not as loud as me!!!!!!!!MUWAHAH!!..

Maybe he is Orange's brother? He decided to steal the rims himself and report to insurance since there is no liability of that. So the insurance have no choice and to pay him like 3000-500 dectutable= 2500 for the new rims
In conclusion, he owns that work emtion rims and now it became "HOT" stuff in his house? lol
But hopefully thats not what he did and I suggest orange to report this seller to police for some serious investigation. Case solved and closed.
