and thanks, i like the way it sounds, it's deeper in person so it doesn't sound ricey at all.

uh, why would anyone do something that will knowingly harm the engine?

seems like the biggest difference with this, opposed to the sp2 is its appearance. It sounded quite similar to the sp2. Any power difference?

I haven't. I want my car to not sustain engine damage.

ok can we stop saying im going to blow up my engine? it's not like i red lined it constantly after a cold start, i did it once. it's not something i do regularly.

and as for power difference i doubt it, exhaust only does like 3 hp.

Yeah, but you should never push it to redline when cold. Never push it above 4000RPM when cold.

Sounds good, though.

the metals inside the engine expand at different rates. The engine is heated up on one side where the spark plugs are. You do not want it spinning that fast before everything has warmed up and expanded properly.

People who do this kind of crap end up with the engine leaking coolant and needing a rebuild.

It sounds like you don't think it's a big deal because your engine hasn't yet died.

i also dont think it's a big deal because i don't do it. i just decided to make the video, and wasn't thinking. hadn't driven the car yet today, and decided to make the video. so it doesn't worry me since im pretty sure this was the first time i've ever revved that high while the engine is cold.

and it just hit me that most of you prob think it's really cold, it was about 50-60 degrees outside, and i keep her in the garage, which is at least 60, so it wasn't freezing or anything.

Uh by the time he redlines it the temp needle is a few clicks above C, which is where my gauge usually sits when warmed up. Even earlier in the vid when he goes above 4000 you can tell there is not much loading on the engine.

Back to the topic at hand, I like the way that exhaust looks and sounds. I think you made a good choice.
I don't think it sounds anything like the SP2 I had. My SP2 was much more mellow.
IMO, the SE's tips are much better than the SP2's, although they're still just a bit too big for my tastes.

Fail. Redline your engine cold and make a video... and then post it.

Seriously. What were you thinking...

Sounds like your car with an sp2 and a high flow cat? His cat is stock.

Anymore shots of the exhaust?

I thought this looked interesting so I'm glad someone finally got it.
