rx8pwnage: very nice mods!

i had the 1-2 shift fork break on me and so while the trans was out i did the ACT prolite flywheel with a spec stage 1 clutch and swapped in the trans from an 07 rx8. doesn't sound like the other trans should do anything, but the 04-08's have the closer gear ratios, and with the different trans and flywheel it made about a 2 car length difference in acceleration

onestly I don't know what brand the trunk is. I got it cheap off ebay and it didn't fit that well but I worked with it until iit did fit. And the hood is VIS brand and I got it from amdysautosport

car looks deadly, i'm haveing issues with finding lowering springs or coilovers designed specifically for the r3, were those coilovers designed specifically for the r3? or are they designed for previous models of rx8's? just really want to know if i can use lowering springs or coilovers designed for previous year rx8's on my r3?

 

Well well well... It looks like I've stumbled upon the first owner of my car. (I'm the third.) Now I can get a better idea of what's been done to it.

My pictures aren't so great - I've only had it for a week and taking pictures hasn't been my biggest priority - but it looks the same today except for the license plate number and the sticker on the window.
