Would there be anyway in order to have your 8 run light that where it's "tuckin rim" That's the kind of look I would want to get, but I have never seen anyone actually do it. Right now I have Tein S-Tech springs and I thought maybe if I got 19 or 20" wheels it'd make it "tuck" a little, but I don't know. Would really like to pull off that affect.

hard hitter...your best solution is a air ride system!... but that defeats the whole purpose of having such a great handling car...But it would look dam good....

depends on how low your tein springs are. i have the rear lowered 2.75" and with 20" the rear tyres are tucked inside the guard about 1/3 tyre profile

the hks rs coilovers are badass...the ride is really nice and the price is a little bit cheaper than the hipermaxII's, and they tend to ride a little softer than them to...

you GUYS ... 8 was made to handle the curves when you lower it that much ... that is it .. you have lost one thing that makes 8 a great car .. go for stiffer suspention. I love the look of it but i like to rub it in ppl's faces that i can take rams going 65-70 MPH.. don't you?

it was done as a joke and too show how low an 8 can go..my suspension is badass...it has greatly improved since i installed it a few months back...mine is set at a really soft setting but i can go much stiffer with just a few turns of the ****...

Looks good dropped to the floor... but If you are going to keep that look, take it in to have the tire alligned so that they wear even across the surface.

yep,you know if you kept the bags pretty full it might still handle ok, and it would ride like a caddy! :D I'd love to see someone slam the **** out of their 8 just to see how it looks, probably would look awesome, especially if they therw on some 19" Volks or something to hide the fact they're bagged.

Cool pics. I have my car adjusted almost that low on my JIC coilovers. I'm tucking the stock tires in the front and back and have been driving it like that for over a year now and the ride is smooth. I also have a truck on bags on the side. Whats funny is that I have never gotten a ticket with my truck after having it for about 6 years. I already got a total of 6 tickets within a 6 month period with my 8.

The cops around here don't like the import car crowd. I got tickets for illegal tint and for modifying my ride without a legal permit. If I was to get pulled over in my truck I would get a **** load of tickets.

Stealth, do you have any pictures? I would love to see pictures of your 8 to see how low your 8 is. How much is your car lowered and how much did the JIC coilovers cost?

I take it youve riden in an 8 with the Hipermax RS. I was gonna go with the same ones you have but now its a toss up between the IIs and RS. Whats your opinion between the two.

I have the HIPERMAX II's. A buddy of mine has the RS'. The RS was specifically designed for harsh roads . For example: If the roads that you live by are bumpy the RS's will benefit you more. You will get more of a softer ride than compared to the II's. Not saying that the II's are really stiff but I guess you can say the RS's were designed more towards U.S. street driving. I have my dampers set at 24 (30 being the softest), this could compare to the RS's being set somewhere around 10. Hope that helps

I'll try to get some pics by the end of the week. I think I have the car dropped down 3". The JIC's set me back $1750.
