I know everyone likes the Kabura, but I guess I'm one of the few that actually like the Senku... as a concept car. The lines and the wheels on it are pretty nice... I'm not sold as much on the back end, or the wing/door... but over all I think it's a solid futuristic design.

I'm pretty eager to see what the Nagare will look like few weeks from now.

wait is it supposed to be a rotary engine? cause when it shows the front that red thing sure looks like it. as does the rotor spinning in the housing

I agree I'm not a big fan of the Queen Latifa rear but if I had to buy a station wagon/mini van thingy that would be pretty damn cool. Plus it got a rotary! More Rotary!

Thanks, that's a new video for me.

I don't like the long door or at least the looks of it. If it's the same size as the RX-8 then that's cool, but it looks like it's the length of the front and rear doors of the RX-8.

It looks somewhat low. Looks very light weight so it will be fast.

Need to see it in person.

Nice artistic vid. I'd not seen what the idea of the Senku was before. Plainly it's rotary powered. And if the rest is what it looks like, i.e., a small two seater, wide and lightweight - preferably FI - I'd place my order for one or for something close to it ...

I'm confused. The video looks like a Mazda advertisement, but the car shown is actually a model year 2099 Volkswagen GTI / Rabbit.

The Senku was designed with a rotory in mind, per mazda website.

I wont buy another mazda (too many issues) but if they make this, the 8 may be getting turned in...

I like Mazda's styling direction. Better than all those retro looking cars.....

I surely hope the back end of this concept does not make it into production, and hopefully a turbo or a 3 rotor makes it into the next generation rotary car, then my money goes to mazda.... if not then I may be looking into a camaro by 2008 year end
