Road and Track Mazdaspeed Article

Hey guys,

I was reading road and track and they feature the Mazdaspeed car this month. Pretty cool article. At the end of the article, they were alluding to possibly a US version with increased horsepower along with the other Mazda speed modifications (body kit, etc)...I wonder how much it would sell for? Probably high 30's if not 40k, right?

IMO, the mazda speed spoiler looks a little too ricey. I like the regular spoiler better/cleaner

Yeah it will actually add back the lost hp to around 250-255 hp, and a few more lb.ft. of torque. Not exactly a performance bargain.

Do a search on ECU re-flash, port campaign, or mpg issue. Lots of reading to do.

The RX-8 started out with 250hp or 247hp , then emissions brought it down to 238hp and some retards called Mazda liars but it was just an error i guess, but the numbers never changed 0-60 5.9 mph
