Mazda will replace all engines with Skyactiv engines in ALL their vehicles.

Skyactiv is a suite of technologies, not one restricted engine type so I would expect more powerful variants of their gas and diesel as well as Skyativ RE in the future.

Mazdaspeed is not dead nor is Mazda's sports car pursuance.

Skyactiv chases performance, lightness and economy, by using high tech, clever management, good materials and high compression ratios...

Over the next few years Mazda will replace their whole range with Skyactiv motors.

Then once done, we can expect the new rotary to emerge! Hooray!
