I'm a little bit disapointed with this game. I guess its kinda fun, but not what it's cracked out to be. I'd take GT3 anyday over it.

I find the whole GT series boring as hell. Gotham is a blast. It's just enough simulation with just enough arcade flare to be a really good time.

 

I love GT. However, until GT4, PG2 is the game to have.

 

i loved GT3, but when my PS2 broke down, i got an xbox for a change and PGR2 was a must have. i only use one car and one track in that game. The rx8 and nurembergring (sp?).

 

PGR2 has nurembergring?

Interesting... any other actual race tracks (as opposed to street racing)?

 

hey do you also play fight night 2004 for PS2. i think ive seen you on it before

 

nurembergring is the highest level track. i think you need to beat the game to get it. its a great level. i love at the begining, when they start you off on a straightaway at like 130mph, you can get the car to do an awesome 360.

 

Re: Fight Night ...No sorry wasn't me....love the game but dont play my PS2 online. Just my Box. I play Rainbow 6, Splinter Cell and pgr2 mostly.

i haven't played 2, but i found 1 extremely easy (borrowed a friend's xbox for one night and went half way through arcade with all golds...).

i like the cars you can get, but i really dislike the controls and the dynamics of the cars (tires act all funny).

 

I like PGR2, but the RX-8 in it has a loose rear.. breaks traction far too easy. I think they should swap the handling from the S2000 on the game.
