Hey people, read an article (in C&D i think) talking of Mazda planning the comeback of the RX-7 in 2010 or 2011. Has anyone else read of this? Or is this old news. Either way i did search and found nothin. Could this be the end of the 8? Or could it mean a boosted b13 option to throw into the existing 8's? Thoughts? Comments?

Nah they are not going to do that anymore, but a Mazdaspeed RX-8 is coming out next month. It is going to be awesome

Yeah I can't wait! have you seen the color it's going to be? AWSOME!!! I got a peek at it while I was over at the Mazda R&D Center in Irvine a couple weeks back. (they were looking at the way I had my suspenssion setup).

Anywhoo, I am seriously considering selling my car and getting the new Mazdaspeed RX-8 next month. Do you remember the release date?

EDIT: my only concern is the size of the turbo. I think the Turbo is a little to big for the car. yeah it's producing Massive H.P. numbers and gobbs of tourque, but I hope they considered lag time for spool up.

ohhhhh I cant wait to test drive it.
