That's why I love my 8 and why I'm looking forward to the next rotary car.

We're part of the "weird" group, and people talk **** about Rotary all the time because they just can't accept the fact that "that little engine just wooped my ***"

Another thing I want to point out is yes, Mazda is the first and only Japanese company that won Le Mans 24, but Rotary Engine got banned right after cuz BMW/Porsche/etc was crying left & right saying its not fair that their little ***(pride) got kicked. Just like what happened to the Skyline GT-R in other races. F1 Banned Rotary engines altogether, and same thing for Rolex series, they lifted the ban @ Rolex series just a while ago and Rotary Engine kicked everyone's ***.
+1 I just want everyone to read this again... Its pretty important...

Incredible. Very motivational videos, especially the one in your opening post. Inspirational music, as well. I really enjoyed it, so I had to watch it multiple times.

I respect and appreciate Mazda for keeping the goal of making their vehicles sporty, lightweight, and very well balanced. The great quality is just icing on the cake. Their uniqueness and effort in breaking through the challenges is what attracts me to them. Hope they continue with their relentless effort in making superb vehicles for consumers!

I'll definitely have my eyes on the next rotary sports car, because of what I've heard here so far.

^Agreed, watched it a few times. Shed a few tears of awe and love and was very moved. haha, then went to cars.com to see if there are any red ones for sale around here now-lately it's all silver and gray. Just cant go with those.

Guess I'll just stick to watching this video for now-thanks for posting, it was excellent!!

Load of crap advertisers if you ask me. One second he's talking about compact lightweight engines that are great in the twisties (the rotary), and the next he's talking about better fuel mileage (which means the rotary had to die). These advertisers are all the same.

These videos are great and what mazda is doing is so over the top but how will they make the proper splash when you will have companies like ford saying well the ford focus for 2012 already gets the same specs as your "all new" mazda 3. I realize it is based on lies but the average public isn't going to get that.
