Ya I saw a hint of genesis in it too... from renesis to genesis = fail. A 350hp 3-rotor in that FDish rendering would be too sweet

I like the side profile design elements from the front fender to the rear fender. Love how the powerful A pillar line goes straight into the C pillar.

Anyway, I can see where they were going with that particular style. The rear needs to come down more IMO and not remind me of a BMW. Wheels are, well, words can't describe how much I dislike them lol. I think it is ahead of it's time, IDK? Older FD is fine, just need it to be a little sharper, I guess. Can't wait to see the end result.

Also, contact your local dealership if you want some more information about the 7. They don't know much more than we do here, but they may have something new before it hits the interwebz.

Looks like the bastard love child of a Genesis Coupe and a 370Z. No thanks. Needs to be more original. If Mazda should pull ideas from anything it should be the Corvette. Kind of like how the old RX7 looked like a small vette.
Mazda really needs to get their **** together. Anyone seen the amount of updates current cars are getting by 2012? The SRT8 Challenger is supposed to get a 6.8L 480 bhp hemi, the Camaro gets the Corvette's HUD, the WRX gets a nicer STi body, etc. At this rate I fear Mazda may be left behind in the dust with Mitsubishi. Good products but not enough updates and the competition leaves them behind as time goes on.

Looks like a 2010 Mazda 3 got knocked up by a BMW Z4 and this was the bastard child.
Terrible IMO and it shows zero originality but instead incorporates Mazdas 'smiling' image.
Very dissappointed in this concept, not as masculine as the previous potential pictures Ive seen for the new RX.
Really hope Mazda doesn't ruin this car, I plan to hold out on purchasing anything until the new RX-7/8/9/whatever is released.
