I do!

Since my friend owns a 350Z and we constantly compare our cars.

I'm not real surprised. The Evo/Sti are oddballs when it comes to classifying them. They're beyond sports sedans. They're definately not family or full sized sedans. I highly doubt that anyone can stuff them in the muscle car category. That leaves the performance car category, and good luck knocking the new Vette out of that one in its debut year.

Some responses:

1. Not only three years in a row, but the only three years the car has been in existance. When was the last time that happened? Maybe the Miata?

2. I love that the Apple-like Mazda beat the big offerings from Dell/Honda (S2K) and HP/Nissan (350Z and G35).

3. This result makes passing G35s that much sweeter!

It can't be Foci.
Foci is the nickname of soccer in Hungarian
(pronounced as "fotsy")

I'd say that the US stock focus is a pos, but that Focus ST across the pond is kinda nice. I have seen some well set up ones here though.

I was under the impression that the ST has/will have the 200hp I5 engine. No mention of the svt on ford's site as of yet, so I don't know what it'll get, but given past history it'll have the same engine as the regular Focus. The Volvo appearance of the ST is very nice though. They should bring it over as a C30 or S30.

This thread has gone COMPLETELY off track...

I for one am STOKED to see us make the top 10 again! As soon as the issue comes out, I'm sending a copy to a friend of mine who has a G35.

my 2 cents....ITS A FOCUS! The 8 has overall awesome performance and looks. Why do we waste time comparing and argueing over such a, as Jedi put it, P.O.S.

So what do you think people who drive Porsches say about the 8. The 8's a nice car for $20-30k, but it's still a pos to some people. In the end it's just a stinkin' car. The top of the line Euro Focus is just as nice as the 8, in almost every aspect, performance included.
