If a claim was filed how can you sell the parts when the insurance company owns the wreckage?

They dont own the wreckage... They wanted to fix it, and I told them I didn't want it to get fixed, so the money they were giving the shop to fix was put towards the payoff... they just re-issued a check in my name rather than the company's name where it is at

1. The compatment between the back seat that pops out. Jerk threw his metal
army ruck sack and scratched it beyond repair.
