Winter rims + need new nuts?

Winter rims + need new nuts?

How many of you needed new lug nuts when using winter rims? or did you use spacers? Whats suggested for steel rims? and what size are the nuts/threads needed?

What are the stock ones i have now with my 18's?

i get cost at the chrysler dealership and they only have 12mm x 1.5 chrome ones for just over a buck each and they dont have any open enders
