will this be covered under warranty?
i have a tear on my trunk weatherstrip. will that be covered under warranty? cause if it's gonna involve me going to the dealership, set up an appointment, wait for the part to come in, blah blah blah for a stinkin' weatherstrip, i'd rather pay for it and replace it myself.

The weather strip costs 80.00 for the part. They would not cover mine under warranty.

nice!! good looking out. i appreciate it. either way tho, i just don't trust anyone but myself touching my car. even if it were putting air in my tires.

True-I thought when I purchased the 8, I would have "better" people working on my car. But nonetheless when I had my headlights replaced I had technician body prints all over the front of my car on my paint.

I would just replace it yourself.
