LOL

anyways: you said that you and your friend were screwing around, well you were screwing around by partial racing... (although you didnt break the speed limit its still racing technically in my eyes). My friend in his dads s2k got exhibition driving when he revved his engine while going under the underpass (only one in town) and a cop was sitting on the other side of it and pulled him over. Although he was not racing the cop didn't care and he lost like 4-5 of his 6 points.

edit: how did one cop pull you both over, only one of you should have gotten in trouble ^_^

When you lose traction you can also be charged for reckless driving. Seems like your SOL.

The ticket with the word "Racing" is many times worse than "Speeding". Your best defense is to be honest, your age and this being your first offense.

Where did the idea that below the speed limit isn't racing come from? Regardless what you call it, the description makes it sound like a race and the charge says that.

around here you dont even lose your license for exhibition driving :/

i guess north dakota just doesnt care LOL

its a 5 point ticket here, and any minor has no more then 6 points so its almost a lost license (have to go through the permit process again, which is only 6 mo long here)
