Talking who needs a chiropractor?

when you have an 8?
I'd just like to say (to the prospective buyers) how good the driver seat is on the 8.
I used to have back pain everyday after driving to school or to work, and I had to go get massage threapy every few months. It didn't matter what car I drove, an explorer, a safari van or even a last gen S-class, and now I haven't had any back pain since I got the 8! and any one with back pain can tell you what they'd do to get rid of their pain... Amazing! (hmm... begining to sound like a commercial for termpurpedic beds :D)
I think the problem with most car seats is that they are too flat and you tense up your muscles whenever you make a turn or stop cause you're sliding all over the place. Plus the different lumbar adjustment on the 8 is a godsend
in fact if I was a doctor I'd prescribe 2 doses of spirited driving in an 8 as an alternative medication :p

I have back pain, an RX-8, AND a tempurpedic mattress.

However, I have been seeing a chiropractor and he has helped.. A LOT.

I agree that the seats are very comfortable. They have never given me any problems like seats in other cars have had (like my Acura CL).

Totally agree about how important the seat comfort is. That's why I went with the GT - to get the power seat. A few years back, driving a F**d about 50k miles per year and wound up in physical therapy to undo the damage from the flat, sagging, non-adjustable seat.

Back to the lumber support - yeah I like it very much. I even try to turn it up and down on the freeway - try to act as a massage chair :D

does anyone know if our lumbar support works with inflated airbags inside or just mechanical bits that extend and retract? it feels like it's inflating/deflating when I adjust it
hmm..... I wonder how hard it would be to wire it so it adjusts in pluses to simulate a massage chair lol :D
