Does anyone have good pictures of a WHITE RX-8. We can't get that colour in OZ. I want to show Mazda Australia how great this looks. 9100RPM

It's pretty up close. It has that mica-type quality; I guess pearl is a good description. o/w, it's not a stand-out color for the car. I wasn't impressed. I think more contrast like black or gunmetal wheels would help.

i think the white looks pretty hot from that pic. id probably choose : black, then white, then red. ive got red now.

 

white was my first choice, too bad it didn't come out til 04.

 

I've always wanted a white sportscar..... kinda regretted not getting my Type R in white and was looking forward to it in the 8, but sadly not available here in Australia.

 

Up close the white Rx-8 looks pretty nasty, the tail lights and all the black plastic pieces look pretty fugly. I would rather have a yellow Rx-8 for some reason it looks better than the white one to me.

 

Equis- i agree, yellow looks much better with the lighting system. Somehow the white just doesn't make it.

I am sure Mazda Australia knows what a white RX-8 looks like.

 

Interesting how many don't seem to like the white. Personally I love it!

We bought a titanium car and our top two choices were the titanium or the red. Of course I hadn't yet seen the white then. That's what I would have gone for, but my wife probably would have overruled me.....

i LOVE the WHITE too.... but from what i have seen... the blue looks nicer if a kit is to be put on... the white jsut doesn't seem to shine like the blue does.....

 

9100rpm and I may not have agreed on much thus far, but I think the white 8 is absolutely stunning, best color IMO.

 

I've got a Winning Blue, but would swap it at a drop of a hat for a white one if it was available over here.

 

I usually buy black cars all the time,my RX8 is black if I had to chose a color again I would get a Ti Grey. I guess I don't like white cars they look really plain, but that is why there are more colors than oneto choose from for diffrent likes.

 

I <3 my white. Wouldnt have it any other way.

Konig- get clears on the car asap. It makes it look very very clean.

 

Thats what christmas is for :D

We agree on many things....RX-8s for one important thing.
My son who hates RX-8 and thinks they are for gays, has just quoted to me that the RX-8 is only second to the Audi TT as the most gay car ever produced. I may be lots of things but I am strictly hetro, not that there's ".... anything wrong with that "(Seinfeld 1992).

It must be my sense of style but I like TTs as well.....9100RPM (and we don't have white TTs either!)
