For decorative, just go ebay.
For track, japanparts.com.

I plan on just getting some OEM ones from a stealership and painting them. A cheap towhook thats just for looks wont be able to tow your car from what I hear. and Im pretty sure you need towhooks to tow our car. I think the oem ones go for around 20$ each.

you arent actually supposed to really use the oem towhooks for towing, for short distances its okay, but nothing more.

They are actually used to tie them down during transportation.

If you have no oem tow hooks, look for a part-out thread. They are likely something the present owner would gladly sell you.

Are they even that much? I thought they were strictly tie-downs, after the car is on a flat bed or on the ship that brings it across from Japan.

Ken
not just tie-downs, you can use it to tow the car up a flat bed.

the front impact beam and rear sub frame is designed to do that.

but most tow truck guys never bothered, just gonna pull it up from the front a-arm, so the hook is useful only if your car is really really low and couldn't eve get on a flat bed in the usual way, that case, they either pull from the rear up to the flat bed, or just tow it from the front over a few pieces of wood so it gets enough clearance to get on a flat bed.

unless you plan on breaking down you don't need a tow hook. and if its fashion trend then you should keep it on a Honda. no need to drive round town with a tow hook on 8

No one said anything about leaving it bolted in and driving around town. As stated, the tow hooks also significantly simplify securing your 8 for a dyno session.
