That looks like it could be the Ings spoiler. They are available from a couple of sources new. Or, there are replicas available too. You will never know about the quality or fitting issues you may have with a replica.

what? if you are trying to say i am "copying" the car,I'm not,my rx-8 is totally different,I've always like the spoiler,just never knew what it was called or where i can buy it.

 

It's almost impossible to not copy many people with everything you do. It's that particular car which I find particularly hideous
