I believe Beatrush also makes an aluminum undertray....if you're planning to buy an upgrade.

I got mine from rosenthal mazda. I was gonna help this guy out with the name to it but I couldn't remember it. Glad other forum members have better memory then me. Even though me and dozer have the same excuses for having bad memory.. lmao

Have you looked at the underbody yet, because there are more pieces than just one. There are left and right plastic pieces that screw into metal tabs.

Without a complete underbody view it is impossible to know just how many parts are broken off.

They only make it for the transmission.

You damn n00b, you fail!

It's called a Belly Pan. Yes, it sounds weird but that's what Mazda calls it.

You can buy one for relatively cheap from Rosenthal Mazda's website:

when i ask silly questions like "where can i get one?" just assume that I AM going to search and just want to ask if anyone knows someone with one lying around, or totaled their car and is parting it out kinda thing.

i already found that link and also pm'd Fluid as well. $100 is alittle more than i wanted to spend but so is $10. anyway thanks guys. i'm sort of drawing up a list of minor little problems and missing things and what not as i just bought the car so i want to make a list and prioritize then start ordering. car goes on my old boss's (long time family friend) lift on tuesday for final inspection. He litteraly has a lift just for storage of his corvette's he keeps his two favorite at the house in the little garage and his other 4 in a rented warehouse space.

Thanks again for the help guys.
Anthony

Actually, that term is used in the racing genre as well for over 40 some years. We've referred to that area or in open wheel racing the panel beneath the driver as the belly pan depending on the car.

Have to say that pic of the metal belly pan looks awful clean for the entire under carraige of a car. That car must not see much rain or snow. That or it's brand new, or the owner is one **** Howard Hughes type when it comes to cleanliness.
