I'm buying these soon, I think oem rims go for around 400-500?

Do these look in bad shape?

 

I mean there is a good amount of curb rash on them...but other than that they look fine..

i just sold my rims/tires as a package for $300 with less curb rash than those. But I'm a nice guy and they're going to a fellow RX-8 owner on here...

 

i wouldnt buy them if they were more than $340

 

Why are you buying OEM rims anyway? The only way I'd bother is if they're super cheap and you just need them for winter or something.

i wouldnt pay more than 300 for those. if you can get em nice and cheap, have them resurfaced and repainted. werrrrd

 

FWIW, I just had a wheel straightened and de-curb rashed at Wheel Worx, in Millersville, Md. Looks like new. $150, so figure that into the value. Curb rash is just cosmetic, and you can do a modest fix yourself, but if any of those rims are bent you've got to get them fixed.

I sold mine last spring with zero curb rash for 500

 

I bought my car with a bent rim on the back and bought a near new wheel off of ebay for $70. So I would say theyre worth $250-$300, thats what I would pay.

 

A lot of the mazda 3 and 6 guys are buying our rims. You wont get much more then 300 - 350 for them.

 

I'm buying them for $150 I got a bunch of tires in the back so I'm gonna throw those on here, paint em and use em as my track rims.

 

i wouldnt pay more then 300 for stock rx8 rims but thats just me.

 

someone needs to learn how to parallel park better.
