What is the text of Mazda Rental Car Reimbursement Program policy 12.0?

I have done a search and cannot find the text of the Mazda Rental Car Reimbursement Program policy 12.0 that is quoted in many TSBs.

Does anyone have the text of it? The dealers are supposed to refer to it for a rental/loaner car for the latest 4206F Engine Emissions recall.

Looks cut and dry to me. They will " try " to get you a mazda but have the out of another brand.

Cut and dry means hide and slide to dealers.

I used to work in Car Rental. Dealers very rarely maintain a loaner fleet. It's much more cost effective to use an outiside car rental company. When was the last time you bought a car based on the brand of loaner car? For a car line like Mazda your not going to get that type of service. Hell I used to supply a Benz dealership with Ford Taurus. They only put special people into MB loaner's.

I don't really care if it's a loaner or rental or what make and model it is. The recall states that dealer should offer to provide a rental or loaner car.

Mazda, Lexus, Hyundai, Honda--I don't really care who it is. If HQ specifies that the customer should get a rental car for whatever situation, the dealer is obligated to offer one.

So very true lol.. the dealer I goto has about 6 cars I believe and trust me I'd rather a rental than their loaners. I got a Mazda6 v6 as a dealer loaner nice ride overall and great gas milage sadly the interior looked like it hadnt been cleaned in over 6 months and the speakers were shot to hell. Oh also the tranny which was a A/T shifted like it was about to fall out each shift with only about 2k miles on it. Any rental I obtained through my dealer at Enterprize of all place's has been clean and ran decent considering the vehicles they were. Can't wait for the recall to reach my shore's to possibly drive that new SUV of Mazda's!!

My mazda dealer gave me a loaner for the last recalls. I have no doubt they'll do it for this one. They even offer me a car off the lot if my service call is gonna be more than an hour or so (I've had some extras put on the car a couple of times).

Mazda is the first company to ever offer me a loaner.
