"New" Mazda ad

It may not be new, but it was new to me... Shown during coverage of the Italian GP at Monza on SpeedChannel.

RX8, Mazda6 and Miata (and possibly others) in a large garage-ish looking area, the M6's headlamps project a film on the wall of Mazdas in various races with a voiceover that says more Mazdas are raced on weekends than any other brand... Guy comes into the room and grabs a set of keys, and then races off in an '8.

Is this an old commercial that I'm seeing for the first time or a new one?

Never seen it. The only 8 I've seen on the tv recently was on Wheel Of Fortune as a prize, but I'm not sure if it was a repeat.

Before I posted this thread I looked on youtube and on the mazdausa site, but to no avail.... I've got it on my VCR but that doesn't do us any good since I have neither the knowledge base nor the equipment to transfer it to the online world.

Nice commercial...video quality on that link leaves something to be desired, but still that's flippin' awesome. And the 8 looks great at the end.

Never seen it before. but i still think they should go back to those cool commercials they used ot create in the early 90s with the rx7's. the FD going through a salt flat and going straight through a large desert tornado.

I thought it was a cool little ad; sends a message about the pedigree of the Mazda line, not just a specific car. and sort of says "non-enthusiasts need not apply". plus the rx8 at the end looks just like mine
