What do you think about the Rx-8 09-10 redesign?
it looks fine...
but the R3 actually losing some acceleration to the old model from shorter gearing and 19" is what new potential owners/trade-ins should worry on. if they can live with that...
the older model is just more "raw" in its elements. with the weight gain of the new model, it certainly is in to more elegance/functionality.
then there's also improvements in the revised structural rigidity department... these are a few things to consider over a few easily fixed ugly bumps on the exterior, which is not all THAT bad.
to simply put, the oem '09 R3 appearance pkg looks better than any aftermarket bodykit i've seen! how is that for smoothening out the ugly spots?

I never felt the rx8 had ugly spots. And I like our rear bumper better also which people tend to disagree with me on. I think the exhaust coming through the black piece is sick looking, almost looks aftermarket from the factory!!
IDK, its love/hate for me, I like the new R3, but I hate how it reminds me of a tiburon.
