QC warranty info

i did try to search the internet for this info. or if anyone already asked but i didnt find anything. so here it goes.

i went to mazda to get my 07 rx8 repaired after a stupid young guy hit my rear passenger side. so blah bah with the insurance and all.

i get a call from mazda that my car is ready. went around to check my new aftermarket staggered rear passenger side rim. and i noticed it sticking out. checked the tires ( they had to replace it cause it was busted during the accident). they put 225s instead of the 245. so from the back, the two tires are freaking different. so i went back it blah blah.

get my car, the engine light was on. so i told them, the car has been with them for 8 days now after the engine light turned on. first it gave 'running lean code', they changed a couple of stuff. i called 30 min ago, they said they still dont know what's wrong and now in touch with mazda.

the question is, is there anything in the warranty saying they have to replace the car in the condition of this and that?

thanks in advance. im getting pissed!!! it's summer! i need my 8!

Well this sounds more of like a problem with the insurance then with the warranty, the kids insurance should pay to replace the car in the condition that it was in not your warranty (i say his insurance because im assuming he was at fault).

^+1 I would call your insurance company and explain to them what is wrong with your car. They will be able to tell you what to do about it. Good Luck

no the bumper and all was fixed. then when it was finished the engine light came on. i asked mazda after looking at the problem if it was due to the accident. they said no it's not related.

bought the car nov.2008 brand new.
km: 30000
still under warranty

If your car is still under the bumper-to-bumper warranty, and the CEL is on, then Mazda has to do whatever is necessary to fix the problem.
