Plenty of "running" RX-8's in that price range.

I wonder if they would replace the engine under the lemon law if you got a compression test. Anyway^^ you can get a used one for under ten with half the miles, especially if it's from the dealer. Look at a couple of them before the end of the month, walk off the lot, and wait for the bidding games to begin. If you are somewhere where it snows, then buying before the winter will get you an even better deal.

Definitely get a compression test. My car is almost 100k and it's running strong

I would keep looking. I'm sure you can find one with lower miles. But if you really want that one make sure you have a compression test done.

100K miles and $10K seems like a lot. I payed $12K for mine a year ago and it only had 52K miles on it. I bought from a used car lot, not a dealer fyi.

10k with 100k miles is waaaaaay too much. That's over blue book I would imagine.

Walk away, plenty of used 8's around.

Not too bad. As always get a compression test done and ask for all maintenance records. Looks like it has some scratches on the bumper. Just keep trying to haggle

You could say that again. Don't buy it, that's a rip-off.
