Ok guys, here are some updates!

No matter how unreal this sounds...my insurance agent did her magic, and the other driver was at fault! So her liability would pay for my repairmen!!!

Firstly, she lied twice. 1. me doing "hit and run" 2. i hit her instead of she hit me.
Secondly, she was doing 25 mph at a 15 mph speed limit closed road, and she hit me right where her stop sign was.

The case became so frustrating when everything on record was "her story," and I just hoped my insurance agent got to know the truth. But thank god surveillance camera doesn't lie. Shout out to officer Yocum for being so helpful, and he is an ex-RX8 owner.

Just got my car checked up again today, replaced alternator and wear bearings. I can't wait to drive it again!

Does bad wheel bearings hurt MPG at all?

Big Thank You for all members staying behind me!

Glad it worked out for you

Snow Tires - Find the best Winter / Snow Tires at Tire Rack should be your first stop after this mess.

Learn from the accident and try to keep yourself as well as everyone else on the road safe.

You seriously lucked out.
Just remember, from now on, whenever you have an accident with another car, call the cops immediately. Don't agree to anything other than doing just that.

And yes, bad wheel bearing can have an effect on gas mileage.
