I posted a thread a couple weeks ago called new engine.
I said I would give an update so here goes.
After meeting the Regional rep about 10 days ago or so he told me that my new engine would be hotlined from Mazda and should arrive by this last monday. He told me he would personally monitor every phase of my engine install and that he wanted to rebuild my confidence in Mazda. He said my car should be finished by today. Well I went out to the dealership today only to find out that techline "forgot" to order my engine.
Although the dealership placed the order to techline, someone at techline forgot to hit "enter"
Anyway it really pisses me off. It just erks me more that I had to go find this out for myself instead of someone calling me and telling me this.
They tell me now my engine was ordered as "critical status" whatever that means!
Very annoying and who knows when they will really get it back to me.

 

I am also waiting on a new motor. IF you have financed this car and did NOT get a rental car while your 8 is in the shop, ask Mazda to reimburse you for your payment while it is in the shop. I am about to receive my second payment reimbursement in 5 months. It doesn't get your car back any quicker but it might make you feel a little better.

Thats bullshit, if I were you, I am going to rise some hell. Get whatever you can, like another 100K oil change. Or whatever, just get something you know.

*Forgot* is not acceptable. How could they forgot?

Can I *Forgot* to pay my taxes ? Can I *forgot* to pay for the car ?
