and yea it could've been worse... the ram could've ridden over your bumper and damaged the trunk as well or something

 

Now you can torch the ram. Then, your roommate can cancel the insurance.

 

I had something similar.

You should be able to pull most of that out - use a hairdryer to warm the bumper up and push it back into shape. (remove exauhst surround piece to get behind bumper).

Then polish.

Will get 98% of that bump out.

a ram hit me the other day and took off 2000 damage. I wasen't in the car. A week later. A hook flew off a truck and went through the front of my 8 ......

 

Just read your post...why aren't you going through insurance to fix the damage?

 

Finally I got my car back...it looks perfect, although I think the paint is very very slightly off from the body to the bumper. Maybe it's because the guy told me to look for it, otherwise I may never notice a difference. It cost about $950 of my roomates insurance money, so I could care less...the worst part is, the loaner they gave me was a Mitsu Lancer. And the base model is no Evo VIII.
