Total Miles On 8
How many miles have you put on your 8 since you bought it? How long have you owned it? Have you noticed anything about the 8 as it matures?

Was part of the 1st pre-order group (see sig), and just turned 25,000 miles this week.
She went to the dealership for her free scheduled oil & filter, and the original Bridgestones are now getting too thin on tread. New PS2's were ordered this week as replacements.
Since the 'L' reflash last February, there has been nothing but smiles she has given me. I also average 21.76 mpg on 87 Shell or Texaco.

Bought in Oct 04' , 2500 miles , runs great , looks great , not a single problem with the car ! No CEL , average gas mileage , its 18 degrees here in Dallas and it wasn't kepted in a garage , fired right up , no hard start . I feel blessed honestly .....my car is more than I ever thought or dreamed it would be !

Better mileage as the miles go up. 16mpg when new, now consistantly about 19mpg.
Better shifting too.
0 floods, CEL, stalls, difficult starts
0 number of times that I’ve regretted my purchase or whish I bought a different car
1 year of ownership this week
1 track day
1 speeding ticket (84mph in a 55, judge lowered it to 64)
2 auto-x events
2 visits to the dealer (air bag recall, re-flash, and seat track, then seat track a second time)
3 quarts of top-off oil between changes
4 oil changes
4 stock tires that are shot (snows on for winter)
13.4 MPG worst fuel mileage (track day an a few highway miles)
18.3 MPG average fuel mileage (mix of highway & rural roads, very little city)
22.3 MPG best fuel mileage (all highway)
48 fuel tank fill-ups
660 gallons of premium
12,500 miles of pure enjoyment
This is the best car I’ve ever owned, I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of this one!

I got my car in late June and have put already 11,250 miles. Only problem I have had is the squeal in my brakes (my dealer still claims they no nothing about it =/ ) and my car's center console (the one with the hidden compartment) broke. Once my brakes are fixed I will be happy, but so far I haven't had any luck.

Delivered July 22, '03.
27,400 miles of driving enjoyment.
About time to look for new tires.
The more I drive it, the more I appreciate what a steal this car is, and how smart I was for buying it :D

Trolling since 2004
6 months
8670 miles
only run premium in her
loving the car more and more every day
the 2 year wait was well worth it (had to save up)
if i ever questioned my purchase i just look outside and say there is no other car as beautiful as the 8.

About 27,500 miles, got it in August of 2003. I love this car more than any I've owned, and it's been trouble-free so far. Can only hope it continues to be as reliable. It has really put some smiles on my face!
Just today, I got stopped in the parking lot of a convenience store. A guy asked me what kind of car it was, and told me it "looks really sharp." I never thought I'd still be getting compliments on the car nearly a year and a half after buying it.

8226 mi. from May to Nov. Hope to get her back in February and start adding to the odometer reading. The car only got better with age. The nicest present I ever gave myself. My wife and I plan to put her to work in the summer with a two week trip from Atlanta, Georgia to Boise, Idaho and back. :D That should rack up some miles.
