Mazmart water pump/thermostat, BHR fuel pump and some other miscellaneous track prep. I would like to get a 4.77 final gear but i dont think there is going to be room in the budget.

I don't understand your tax stuff, seriously.
Here everything is so much easier. You pay your taxes. End of the story.
You get something (but not everything) back ONLY if there was some wrong calculation\assumption

No they are not all YZF.

You have the naked bikes (FZ6R) which are cheaper and I think look better. They remove body panels and expose more of the bike.
