I agree with what you're saying here. People do have that right. I'm just against people who abuse it.

I'm pretty sure they won't have much of a problem with that. The dealer will just send the bill to the car manufacturer.

I disagree. All this becomes operating cost to a car manufacturer which get passed on to you. This is not unlike how stupid and frivolous lawsuits drive up malpractice insurance for doctors, which in turn gets passed on to you in the form of bloated healthcare costs.
