Starting to second guess, need help
Hey I am a new owner of a RX8, I bought it about 4 months ago, its a 2005 sunlight silver. Today I seemed to keep second guessing about me buying it. I guess I just need alittle talking to about this. Dont get me wrong I love the car I jsut dont know grrr.
Thanks, Jason

I think second-guessing is normal when one makes a significant purchase. I also have a 2005 sunlight silver GT, and for the longest time, I was not happy with color. I should have gotten red, blue, titanium gray, geen, and on and on. It took a while, but I really like the silver. Maybe not as sharp as the darker colors, but not nearly as much work as the black cars I had for the 15 years previous.

No matter what I choose I second guess.. If I got black, I should have gotten silver. If i got silver it should have been black.
I find that the one I have to ask the most people for their opinion on, is the one I should always stay away from. I find that when I ask others opinions, I am trying to rationalize a choice I don't want.
Take Black for instance. I have asked a bunch of people here and at work what they thought of a black rx8. I got a bunch of different answers and I kept asking until I got an answer that was either mostly negative or positive ( which is what I was hoping for)
So I am buying a Silver one. I have not asked one person what they though of silver.
I am also getting the Sport with the performance package for Manual transmission. ( as opposed to a GT)
Didn't really need to ask anyone their opinion on the two but I did need to clarify certain objective statistics such as headroom, equipment levels etc..

Well whatever other car you have on your mind, try going out in it, whether it be a friends car or a rental, see how many heads you turn. Count them. Then get back in your 8 and see how many you turn. 60% of the time it works everytime.

I am second guessing myself now as well.
Why did I purchase our RX8 last March?
I should have bought it back in 2004 when they were introduced!
Why did I wait so long?!?
I didn't know!

Huge hole is huge
Lol, actually, isn't that some place where a tank was housed, and they brought the 8 in and dropped it there? I don't know, I read somewhere about it, and I can't remember 100% what really happened.
On track, OH GOD SILVER RUUUNNNN!!
