OK I'm gonna be rude about it. You are obviously one ignorant motherf**ker, so let me tell you two stories about "straight line runs for fun" that had nothing to do with "actual street races."

When I was in high school we had a two hour break between final exams. A friend of mine decided to do a run against a guy from another school, just goofing off while on break. He lost control and hit a tree, and was decapitated. I didn't find out until I went back for the afternoon exam; the teacher was crying so hard she could hardly hand out the tests.

Many years later, I was working as a techie helping professors get their materials on the Web for online classes. One of the professors I worked with was crossing the street to the parking lot after an evening class and was cut in half by a kid racing another kid on the street. She died on the street. She had gotten married the week before. The kid is in jail now.

Do you really think it makes one f**k's worth of difference if it's an organized street race or just kids jumping to 60 for fun? Actually, an organized underground street race is probably LESS dangerous.

Like all kids, you think it will never happen to you. You think you are in control, you think you can handle it, you think it's no big deal. I hope you don't have to learn a lesson the hard way, but I mostly just hope you don't hurt anyone else. And your parents are absolutely stupid to allow you to have a sports car at your age with your attitude.

ok im ignoring marklar, and you know what, just because of him, i will street race every chance offered upon me, the hell, i live once. i wont brag about it on the forums, thats all.

and if i had to be afraid of a car, it would definitely be a charger

Jesus Christ he's telling you for your own good so stop being such an arrogant person and acknowledge safety? You're lucky enough to get a new car, some of us here (like me) are still your age and we can only dream about getting a new car like you.

 

I don't say this to many people, but I think you are deserving.
