My agent insured me that my premium would NOT go up becasue I wasn't at fault.

my friends kept telling me it would go up as well.

All I can say is, get progressive

 

you pay a premium for uninsured motorists so your company regardless of who they are must covewr you. no on the other hand if they are a crappy company there is no way they woudl have taken care of you the speedy way that they did. so, kudos to them with regards to that. but remember, whenever an insuarance company pays out others must pay up collectively. so watch out your premium on your uninsured policy will prob. go up.
