Her insurance will get you a list of body shops they work with... or if possible, there's an amazing place in Cerritos, down the auto square, "Auto collision center"... they fixed my mom's Benz and it was immaculate. Garage was shiny and nice, lots of fancy cars... and I'm sure someone will have to pay the nice and fancy prices.

Folks, I've been around a while and let me explain what happens. It may be hard for youngsters to accept or believe, but this is always, always true.

Someone hits you. It's their fault. They're all apologetic, and say "Hey, it's my fault. I'll cover it. Let's not call the insurance company because our rates will just go up."

Here's what you do. Get their info (drivers license number, address, phone, license plate, names of EVERYONE in both cars.) Then call your insurance company. Now. Today. Instantly. Cuz shure as shootin', tomorrow this person is gonna say, "You know, you braked suddenly" or "You backed into me" or whatever. This always, ALWAYS happens no matter how nice and sweet they are on the scene. They will stick you with a repair bill of hundreds or thousands. This is no matter of conscience. If they drive, they have insurance. If they don't, they've broken 2 rules. They MUST be accountable for their actions, period. If they stiff you, it means they've stiffed others before or will in the future. Why would you want to be the schmuck they're laughing at later when they get home?

Call your insurance company WITHOUT DELAY. ALWAYS.

i absolutely agree, besides you can always cancel your claim and say you're going to settle this without insurance

8 wannabe is right on the mark. People need to be accountable for their actions, even if that means others have to make them.

Agree totally, because of people like that, no insurance, run, lie etc.. our insurance is as high as it is, Heck most of us here, myself included are not in the strict sense of the word "rich" either, I sure as hell dont have thousands extra to spend for no good reason. Insurance/PD report , no exceptions , none IMO.

Mikelikes2drive, hope ya get her fixed up real soon

If you get the rear, are you planning to get the Sides + the Front? Or just sticking with the regular Aerokit side and front?

Depends on what type of Sides/Front you were looking for... :P Expect to spend at least 2k+ once it's installed/painted for just those two parts.

And dang, UCI is busy. I dropped by to visit some friends and it was packed.. the campus that is. I didn't see that many people when I went to school there... oh the life of a college student, how I miss thee.

theyre trying to make it into a 30,000 student campus by 3 years. currently its something like 18-20k students only. they tore down the pub and student center area... no more food court and no more couches to sit on between classes and no more pub!

well yah... im getting aroudn 800 dollars from her insurance company so i decided since i need to replace my bumper... i would buy the urethane mazdaspeed rear bumper and install that since it's only 450+75 s/h.

i'm hoping i can paint the diffuser dark grey charcoal color and the bumper black. i hope it turns out fine. has ne1 done this yet? i know mikeb just painted everything red on his.
