Why do you want one of those? What are you looking for in a car?

For that price you could get a low mileage, good quality trans am with out without mods...if that's what you're into.

As far as handling goes, you can make them good handling cars with a little work.

Then I would suggest saving up a few K and buying a decent STi/WRX or 8 if you want. I would, personally, go with the Subie over the two.

$11K will get you a decent bugeye WRX. I recommend the WRX because it's much more mod friendly, very dependable, and still good fun to drive.

My last car was a bugeye WRX with exhaust and a tune. It was a very fun car to drive and never gave me any problems.

VR Red? Velocity red red? I'd stick with the 8 personally. Though I'm not a fan of subie for some reason. Never have been... though I admit they are good cars. You had the VS kit on your car, which makes me believe you're going for looks as well. I personally dont like the look of the subie at all... the 8 is clearly the better looking car in my opinion (and probably a lot of people will agree... though there are some that like/love the subie look as well...). Both will be an upgrade, but I personally would go with the 8 unless there's something about them you just didnt like. If the only reason you're trading is because you didnt like the fact it was AT, then it will be worth it I think.
