Sigh.. couple new issues, warranty or not

First the stupid visor broke.. i had to pull it off, now the two lightbulb wires are hanging down. Is this a warranty thing or do I have to pay?

Second, I kinda went backwards over a curb/median.. need an alignment.. but my fogs don't work.. I don't know if its a fuse or wiring... same question about the fogs.

Just curious.

Ok, did my searching.. visor under warranty and apparently common.

Any ideas on the fogs?

Fogs...will be warranty if its a wiring problem or blown fuse...if its user error than no....visors as you have found break quite often...gone through a few myself. ..

If your saying your fogs stopped working after you hit the median...then they'll find out and you'll be **** out of luck...and those things aren't cheap.....I would take your alignment to a specialty shop......and not mazda

Not for a blown fuse ... at least thats what my dealer told me when I took it in. They said they would charge me if it was a fuse for labor and parts ... so I took my keys back and left

Just to let you know there is a new TSB for an updated visor. See your dealer. Also, it is true, blown fuses are not covered beyond 12/12.

Visors are frickin' expensive, if not covered under warranty. (73000 miles here, just bought one).

You broke the bulb. Get some new bulbs on line.

never had a broken visor in 42 months of ownership. but there is a tsb for broken visors. however if you rip it off and expose those wires causing a short- now its user error and you pay.

backing over a curb- user error- you pay. fogs? depends whats wrong and how many miles /how many months you have had th ecar
