Should I change from 8000K to 6000K?

Should I change from 8000K to 6000K?
I did an HID conversion a while back to 8000K and recently got all V-LEDs for parking and corners in 6000K white. I am probably going to do my fogs too.
Anyways, I'm just wondering do you guys think I should switch to 6000K? Do you think 8000K is kinda ricey?

Well is it too blue? I always thought 6k was perfect..., if not stock looking great. 8K might be a little too much Blue imo, and they arent nearly as bright as stock... so, id go with the 6k, it has a hint of blue, while not making your headlights completely or close to full blue.

Well, idk. Because I want the car too look elegant. I don't want it to look too... aftermarket. Not to say aftermarket is bad, but Just I want it to look like everything was planned to go together.
I always see these cars with those 10000K lights (which are wayyy to blue to me) and think it is almost tacky.
I think I just answered my own question.
Which leads me to my next:
Can I just buy any old 6000K HID bulb (that fits the socket, I forget what it is) and have it work? or should it match the ballast brand?

12000K is actually pretty purple. I've seen sites that sell up to 30000K... Thats basically no light. Haha
Well I just placed an order for some 6000K H7 replacement bulbs. I'll have to install them in the next few weeks, take some before and after pics.

Like I said, I want to take some pics of the 8000K vs the 6's. The 6's should match my parking lights and corners, and newly ordered puddle lights. I am going to put 6000K in the fogs I think.
But now that I think about it... 8000K might be cool to put in the fogs...
What do you guys think?

If youre looking for looks then 6k or 8k prbly would look nice. But apparently for efficiency... the lower ks for fogs the better. Apparently they can shine through light betterr like that or some ****.

See, thats what I was starting to think, that that bluish look was ricey. The 6000K is white, but if it hits the right angle, it flashes blue. reminds me of bmws. the 7 series specifically. Well the 6000K's are ordered, if I don't like them I guess I could step it down to 5500K. but I'm not sure how much difference it would make

Are those 8k ?? See another thing with lights.... different companies can have the same colour temp... but one might look slightly bluer or purple than the other. The angle also affects the colour of the light too.
