Mods, move this if you so deem but I’m trying to get exposure.
I need way less than a pint of sunlight silver paint guys, which is pricey as hell.
if you have maybe 1/2 a pint, give me a shout. Thanks
Ouch

Ouch. Around here Canadian Tire has sunlight silver matched PerfectMatch spray can for $12 or so, and another $10 or so for a can of clear. In the US perhaps AutoZone or similar? I've fixed cone rash and other blemishes with pretty good results, you can tell a difference under some lighting conditions if you know it's there, but for $20 can't complain.

It would be great if I can find some cheap paint that’s a very near match. Auto OEM paint has doubled in price this year.
What sucks is that this is metal scrape just bad enough to probably require minor sanding, primer, paint and clear coat to fix properly?
At any rate, if I can fix this in a way that costs less than roughly $150 it would be great because the 8 has 148,000 miles on the original motor and has been really reliable. It’s about to become a 2nd car of mine but I still want to keep it and drive it once or twice a week.
i don’t know what it’s worth, but I can’t justify a large body shop price tag to fix this damage given the age and mileage.
