FL Rx8 towing towing hooks, huge question?

im looking into buying a couple of towing hooks for my rx iev seen a couple of post regarding this exact same topic & i no my car allready comes w/ towing hooks in the trunk ready to be screwed in, i really dont want to spray paint'em red just to have that racing look i rather look a lil more into some i can buy, i was looking in ebay and i ran across mazdaspeed 3 towing hooks they look great and its exactly what im looking for, and they seem ready to just be screwed in my question is.....


will the mazda3 mazdaspeed3 towing hook will also fit and screw into a mazda Rx8?? or are they completly diffrent sizes in diameter??

The MS3 tow hooks are of a much smaller diameter. Won't work. Why do you need full time tow hooks? Do you really get stuck in gravel traps that often (I'm guessing never)?

He's just looking for appearance. Which is good, since those are tiedown hooks, not towing hooks. I know people will sometimes pull the car with them, but a serious pull (like retrieving from a ditch) will likely do damage.

Tap - since you're looking for appearance, and the Mazda 3 holes are smaller diameter, you might consider getting those and making adapters or just use some kind of packing to hold them in.
