This may be a bit of an off color discussion, but I was just curious. Has anyone on here ever gotten laid because of your RX-8. I have been married since I got my 8 so I am pretty sure my wife hasn't had sex with me because of the car, but you never know. Now I am not saying a girl (or guy what ever your preference) saw your 8 and said lets bang, but has it ever aided in the process? Just want to see what I have been missing. aaaannd...GO.

 

the rx8 isn't going to get you laid.. no car will. it just helps as a conversation piece.

No, the RX-8 hasn't gotten me laid. The girl I'm seeing doesn't care about cars (sad, I know). I suppose though, it's probably cheaper to get laid by buying a girl a ton of liquor, rather than spending $23K+ to impress a girl with a car.

Actually one of my lady-friends (who loves cars) said when I got my car that it was her dream to have sex in an rx-8. I haven't cashed that in yet, but I would imagine it'd be pretty uncomfortable with that center column there :-(

 

Ive had my 8 less than a month but I have gotten a lot of looks from women, I havent pursued anything seriously but I guess since you get more attention cause of the 8 statistically Im sure it cant hurt!

Plus I could be wrong but I think a lot of women would rather be with a guy who appears more successful and driving a nice car then a guy driving a hyundai accent or an old beater even if they arent even into cars.

I've had offers for sex in the car, but I can't say I think the reason for getting any was the car. It grabs attention, sure...and that is fine for starting a conversation. I wouldn't want anyone who would get it on just because of a car.

 

well, b4 i got my car i already knew how to conversate with girls easy , i swear , bars these days are full of *****.. not a good place to look for girls (unless your looking for one night stands) other then that, yes girls do approach me alot more with the 8, but doesnt mean im gettin laid... dont want none of those girls lol, I can manage on my own without the 8 too, so i guess its a plus having the caR????
