oil and water you say? maybe you started it up so many times and the spark and coil is most likely dead? which would explain coolant and gas in the rotors?

as others suggested, change plugs and coils first, if all else fails, get a new engine........ or get a new car, two weeks eh? you can bring it back to the dealer and say you're not satisfied and you're getting a lawyer, blah blah, its not even a month yet

If you asked whether the engine was in good shape and they said yes, then maybe there is an argument, but it is very hard to make unless that warranty was put in writing on the Bill of Sale.
Contact a local attorney that knows contract law if it comes down to it. The guy that is blowing hot air suggests that one should read the official comments to the code and comprehend them before completely dismissing his opinion. The bottom line is that you do have protections, but you will have to prove some additional facts in order to have a valid claim. Lets just hope that it doesn't come down to this and that some new plugs and coils do the trick.

If nothing else, you can contact the better business bureau and see if they cant work a deal out between you and the stealership. There could some questionable conduct going on here, and the BBB is good at sorting that kind of thing out (you'll have to try and work a deal out with the stealership yourself before contacting them).

Also, Midas is not a garage. You should really try and find a local shop that specializes in rotaries.

A white milky or foamy substance can be a normal occurence. See here for details: https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-trouble-shooting-95/strange-gunk-oil-dipstick-info-questions-49652/

different.

He says there's milky buildup on the plugs themselves. If you got no CEL, then simple maintenance is the best way to isolate the issue, as others suggested, new plugs, wires. If there is no service record handed over from the previous owner, then it's safe to assume coils and original fuel pump.

If the battery has been discharged from trying to turn it over, get it jumped while starting it up. This will help the starter turn over the engine.

If it just Suddenly died on you, then it's safe to say there's a faulty part. I was even able to get my 8 a blown side seal on the 2nd rotor to start up after a new battery and plugs. But after driving, I had to fill up the radiator reservoir within 2 weeks span, and became progressively worse.

So even if you had a warranty, you are still responsible for the 'tune-up' maintenance. you would still be at the same end of the road, unless you had it diagnosed with compression lose, or seal failure.

Best of luck!

anyone know where i can buy another engine?

If it ran really good I doubt the engine is blown after 2 weeks. You probably flooded it by cranking on a weak battery. Condensate in the engine from sitting and short trips at the dealer probably caused the condensate in the oil. Change the oil and do the other suggested fixes. See how it runs. Do the compression test at an authorized dealer. That will tell the story if engine is bad. Keep us posted on what you find out. A lawyer or new engine should be your last resort. The problem might be minor. Don't jump to conclusions so fast.
