re: Amsoil

thanks, meant to mention that one as well

again, there’s 18+ years of information on this forum and it’s not a bad idea to look around and familiarize yourself with it, rather that start another new thread on a well run topic and try to make everyone repeat their self over and over again.

Not criticizing or faulting you, but making you aware of it.

Team does it again.

Makes the thread about himself. Makes Sonic's point for him.

Having been blessed by the circumstance of having QTY 2 of this type of person in my family, I agree with Sonic.

Overview

Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental health condition in which people have an unreasonably high sense of their own importance. They need and seek too much attention and want people to admire them. People with this disorder may lack the ability to understand or care about the feelings of others. But behind this mask of extreme confidence, they are not sure of their self-worth and are easily upset by the slightest criticism.

I can see the paper title already: "psychiatric diagnosis among rotary ownership sufferers via transmission oil discussion". Move over Freud

Are you sure it's not QTY 3, kevin? It's really easy to label someone with a diagnosis. Lazy, even

No, QTY2.

I assume you've read his posts over the years?

And, no, I don't consider it easy or lazy.

His BS is all over the forum, and it's almost impossible to have a substantive discussion with him, on any topic, especially when he is in one of his "moods".

I think the shoe fits. And Freud was a dangerous incompetent, BTW.

It simply doesn’t, as much and as often as you try to convince others of such a fabrication. Next you’ll claim this response proves it as well, as if such a statement above is a “slight criticism”.

What those words are, they’re a representation of an untruthful deceiver pitching a false narrative; the usual modus operandi, but oh yeah, two family members makes for a reliable truth-sayer. No, I’d much rather have the entire lot of similar people who go out of their way to get involved when they’re not, completely ignore me, but they just won’t or can’t. I didn’t make a post falsely calling myself homophobic any more than I made your post above. It’s not just ignorant, it’s as low and untruthful as it gets. I was hanging on every post about me so much that I never came back until now, 6 weeks later, trying to figure out Sonic’s “taking my ball and going home” thread. Only to then find this.

You “confidently” believe yourself to have my number, yet are entirely ignorant of your own. - edit: can’t find that post, regardless of it being my mistake or being deleted, not here to make false accusations - Because after all, you have so much “understanding and caring of others feelings”, right?

The opposite is actually true and those words false through and through. It’s a certain group of people who puts so much importance, so much attention, on me. I deal with their constant criticism like a champ because unlike them, I do believe and have faith in that which cannot be shaken or moved. The same revealed the backstabbing, wolf in sheep’s clothing way of a certain one to me a long time ago, but it doesn’t take that because he reveals it about himself all over this forum. The same one who plays on others feelings to elevate his false-self among them using this tactic.

Yes, I’m so enamored with myself that I suggest people use the block function in their user control panel so they won’t have to see or know anything I’m posting. Yet someone like yourself won’t even do that; what does that really say? It says this; if you really believe I’m narcissistic you wouldn’t give me any notice or attention at all. Because anyone who truly understands what narcissism is knows that’s how you deal with it. It only exposes the obvious truth to people with the intelligence to comprehend it.

Which is, there’s no truth in your words, none. They’re as empty and as weak as the paper tiger that posted them. It doesn’t take a narcissistic personality to stand in confidence against such. This, this is how I view myself; I’m as rotten, as low, and as sinful as every man that was, is, or will ever be. That’s why I’m on my face constantly praying and crying out for mercy and forgiveness to the source of my confidence.

If you think you’re any different, then you only deceive yourself.

this guy does a great job exposing and explaining through linguistic techniques how the words people use not only deceive other people from the truth, but also reveals it within them as well.

***** and Strikes, Team.

You take away more than you add to this forum. I believe the balance to be decidedly underwater.

The problem I perceive is that you can't control yourself.

You were out for 6 weeks, I don't think a single topic degraded into name calling during that time, none that I saw anyway.

It was actually quiet around here. Boring, maybe, but quiet. Like a car forum.
