Was I the only one who got it and thought "Product Update DVD? Wow, cool. They actually sent an update for the Nav Unit!"
... Only to open it up and find some lame 10minute video that I should have gotten a year ago?

Well well well, About the Oil
They do NOT recommended. does not mean I cant use Synth Oil.
Just like they dont recommended Aftermarket wheels. Oh well I still have the OEM high gloss wheels but hey, one day Ill change it to MazdaSpeed one, I wonder will they "Do not recommended the use of Aftermarket Wheel(s)" haha!

Freedom Costs a Buck o' 5
The good thing is that they call it a "high revving" engine, and actually show the driver taking the RPM's up near the redline area. Now, if they try to void a warranty for racing the engine, you can throw this official Mazda dvd in their face.

I got mine in the mail Friday. I have not watched it yet, since I figured it was stuff I already know ( I did have the RX-7 for a while before buying the RX-8). Is it actually worth watching?

I got it too.
I got the impression they were sending these out so people knew that the Rotary burns oil ON PURPOSE and to check it at least every other fill up...kind of made me wonder if some owners were running them dry on oil.
