Had an egg thrown at me in my old Neon. If that ever happened to my 8, I'd hunt them down and shove an egg up down their throte till it comes out their ***.
This thread has made me go put the car in the garage, and double check it's all locked!!!

I was just thinking the same thing when I saw this thread. Since I got my RX8 about a month ago I have had more people talk **** to me. I posted a picture of my RX8 on my FB and some douche bag I didn't even know called it a waste of money because he has "Vettes". I asked him to post a pic of what he was REALLY driving and guess what? He never did. I guess he felt really big sitting home on his computer in his dirty ripped sweat pants ******* on my Rx8. What a ********.

**** like this and what happened to my car are making me think very hard about putting a two way remote on my car. heres a photo. I actually caught them doing it. I'm still trying to figure out if this panel is easily replaced or if the door has to be, I think I found a panel replacement for around 200. They were trying to pry the door to get a jimmy on the unlock switch.
i apologize for them being so dark i took them at night.

About 4 years ago I had a SUV full of highschool kids throw an egg at me in my 8. They tried to make a quick getaway into a residential neighborhood. I could have very easily followed them seeing as I was driving a modded 8 with RT-615s. I thought better of it, that if I was to give chase they would probably crash trying to avoid me, or we would get in a confrontation where I had no weapon to defend myself other than my fists ( and I don't feel like getting their blood on me and potentially hepatitis, herpes, HIV, etc).
So I let it go and left karma to its work. Washed right off.
Karma man, its a bitch and it will get them in due time just don't stoop down to their level.
Had my 92 maxima spray painted green on the trunk by some kids also, a bottle of isopropyl alcohol and a rag and it came right off.
So think before you act guys, you don't want to go to jail or anything for property, that can be replaced. People who do stupid crap lead stupid lives.

the easiest way is to smooth it out, put on same black tape thing and cover it up with a mazda applique

My '09 was parked in the downtown public garage in Palm Springs, and I returned to find someone had body-slammed the rear door, kicked-in the rocker panel underneath, and punched the roof. $1800 of damage.
Makes me wonder why I even bother to wax it....

They were arrested, but being minors I would have to go after the parents for any kind of money. This is over a 200 dollar fix? It would cost me what 30 - 45 dollars just to file and then what? If you don't pay civil court nothing happens. Dallas is so over booked right now with cases they gave them each 1000 hours community service. I guess one of the justices is that here in dallas you have to buy your own community service equipment from walmart for like 30 bucks or so.

Oh I forgot to mention Texas CHL holder. I carry a H&K compact .40 S&W. Sometimes though I'll put a Mark 23 .45 ACP in the glove box if I'm not going to be carrying. Like when I go to the gym or rugby practice where carrying a handgun concealed is impossible.
